WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Erica and Serafin first met on a video game when they joined the same party on PlayStation (I know.. crazy!) and began playing together on June 6, 2018. He was in Ontario, California while she was living in Del Rio, Texas. They quickly became closer and closer, staying up all night to play together and staying on the phone until they both fell asleep. They became "official" on August 25, 2018 and less than two months later, on October 8th, he flew to Del Rio and they met in person! After he left he immediately booked another flight and was back in Del Rio on December 3rd and didn't leave for an entire month. It was then that Erica knew he was THE ONE! On February 28, 2019, Erica flew to California to meet his family and by March 5th Serafin was all packed up and they were on a 19-hour road trip back to Del Rio, where he was officially moving.

On Christmas Eve, Erica and Serafin were opening gifts with her mom on a relaxing day with Harry Potter on the TV and a pizza in the oven when they got to the last present. He told her to close her eyes and gave her a silver wrapped box with a silver bow. Erica shakily unwrapped it and saw a ring, Serafin took it from her hands and told her "You make me the happiest man alive and I want to make you the luckiest girl in the world. Will you marry me?" She said "YES!" and grabbed the ring out of his hands! And he did make her the luckiest girl in the world. We're so excited to celebrate this new chapter of our lives with you!
