The ceremony starts at 4:30! Guests should arrive in the main lobby of Sage Lodge by 4:00 p.m. Buses will depart at 4:10 and 4:15 to transport guests to outdoor ceremony location. Please dress accordingly.
Sage Lodge has on-site parking available for our guests.
The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor field; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.
After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving appetizers and beverages during a cocktail hour, dinner and dancing to follow.
We recommend semi formal or cocktail attire. Cowboy & Cowgirl boots welcome :)
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.
