We’re getting married!!!

Of all places in the world, we initially crossed paths in April of 2012. The both of us happen to be in Guatemala at the same time. In Guatemala everyone hangs out til the weeee hours of the night while on “Spring Break”. Just an overall great time, we didn’t think anything of it. Fast forward 5 months, our backgrounds brings us back together as we celebrated our Guatemalan Independence in Brooklyn. My sister sees him first, he was selling drinks. She comes to me stating that she has a surprise for me, she takes me over to him, smiling from ear to ear I give him a hug. As I was getting ready to purchase my drink, I asked him how was his girlfriend, he states “he’s single” I then asked him for his phone & stored my number. The rest is history lol

Most importantly he asked, my mom, my dad & JASON!!! With Jason on board, he sent Jason to buy me socks & sweatpants from THE GAP for Christmas. Christmas morning comes, the kids are opening their gifts & my “gifts” were handed to me. I smiled & said thank you . I immediately called my sister & told her “Can you believe he got me socks & sweatpants, after I put effort into purchasing his gift”. She calms me down. We make our way to my sister house for Christmas dinner, everyone who’s always around for the holidays was there so I thought nothing of it. A few hours go by & my daughter walks in with my son saying that her dad got her a new shirt. The shirt read “ Mommy will you marry Daddy” TEARS!!! ♥️
