Where is the best place to stay for this event?

Answer

In Coronado! Coronado is an island and we recommend staying in one of the hotels on the island for ease of access to all of the wedding events and locations. If you happen to book a hotel in San Diego, just remember it is over the bridge and 20-30 mins(without traffic) from Coronado.

Question

Should I bring gifts to the reception?

Answer

If you would like to bless us you can either contribute to our honeymoon fund or select an item from the registry to be shipped to our home. We prefer guests not to bring gifts to the ceremony. Spoiler alert, we are not doing a money dance, but if you bring cash anyway it will not be turned away :)

Is there an after party after the Reception?

Answer

The short answer is no. We are not planning to have anything official, but...you never know, especially if someone else has the first round at a different location.

Where will Mr. & Mrs. Franklin be the day after the wedding?

Answer

We're staying at the Hotel Del and most likely we'll be exhausted from the day before or at Sheerwater restaurant for breakfast. Just shoot us a text...

Parking

Answer

Parking can be expensive and challenging in Coronado. We highly suggest using Lyft or Uber to get around the island. For the welcome party and wedding, plan on leaving early if you plan to drive. Parking is mostly free on Silver Strand Ave and Avenida del Sol (it's a cul-de-sac, and you may get lucky). Parking is available at the Hotel Del and other adjacent parking lots. Warning it's very expensive!! Reception parking- Peohe's is located at Ferry Landing. There's a large parking lot that Peohe's will cover the first 3 hours. Street parking is available if you get lucky again.
