Mark and Maggie met in high school Spanish class, where Mark professed his love with a $1 bill on Maggie's birthday. He told her a sophomore had a crush on her and made her guess who it was. (Spoiler alert: it was Mark all along!) Once he finally revealed the answer, he panicked and told her not to be weird. He was never heard from again...

Five long years later, at a Skyhawks camp far far away, Mark and Maggie rekindle their friendship. Little did they know that telling the kids at camp they were dating would turn into a lifelong love. They went on their first date that summer and decided to make it official just one month before Maggie moved back to San Diego for school...

Through endless facetime calls, skype date nights, stressful study sessions, laughs, tears, flights, jumping out of boxes, and ultimately love, Mark and Maggie got it together, graduated and reunited in M-Town...

After 9 long years, on June 24, 2023 Mark "surprised" Maggie with a weekend trip to their favorite place, Pacifica (*whispers* The Ocean). There was something fishy in the air because Mark suggested hiking (HE HATES HIKING). But the hike was well worth it because it ended with a beautiful view (and a ring). They were ready to BajaLast as fiancés, for now...
