Harvest Chicken- Chicken stuffed with savory wild rice and dried cranberries topped with an apple brandy sauce. Filet Mignon with garlic cheese butter Parmesan Focaccia crusted Sea Bass Portable Mushroom Wellington All entrees will be served with Asparagus and potatoes.

Please bring a mask to the ceremony. You will be asked to wear masks during the ceremony at The University of Dayton Chapel.
