Cocktail hour begins at 3:30 pm. Arrive no later than 4:00 please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the Estate. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn that we suggest on this website, we will provide a shuttle Saturday between the suggested Holiday Inn hotel and the venue. We do NOT want anyone to drink and drive. If you drink please reserve a room at the suggested Holiday Inn and use the shuttle. McKinney / McCabe Party Bus Shuttle hours: departure from hotel to venue Saturday 1:45 pm and 2:45 pm sharp! Limited seating on the shuttle so come early to the hotel, and check in/ park your car! Scheduled Departure from venue to hotel 9:00 pm, 10:00 pm with the bride and groom and for those cleaning up 10:45 pm. Everyone must be off grounds BEFORE 11:00 pm. If you leave your car at the Estate overnight, it must be off venue grounds BEFORE 8:30 am Sunday
