Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think cocktail hour at a vineyard. Because that's pretty much the exact vibe of the night. But also, wear whatever makes you feel good and ready to hit the dance floor in!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says to bring your date, then yes!! Otherwise, we would prefer if it was just you! We appreciate your kind consideration of our limited space and finances.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be GF and Vegetarian options for dinner and dessert! If you have specifc or more pressing concerns, please contact info@beaconhillevents.com

What's the alcohol situation?

Answer

We kindly ask that you not bring any outside alcoholic beverages to the venue. Arbor Crest Wine Cellars will be happily serving you beer and wine for the night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large gravel parking lot at the Winery, where both the ceremony and reception are located. But if you can, carpooling would be greatly appreciated.

What should I consider in terms of weather and venue grounds for attire?

Answer

July is nice and toasty in Spokane, but think about bringing something warm for the evening if you tend to get cold, as the cliffsides can get a bit windy. The winery grounds has gravel and stone paths, but the ceremony will be in a grassy area.

I received a Save the Date but no Invite...

Answer

Invites will be sent out at the begninng of April. If for some reason we had an incorrect address, it likely got sent back. Either way, I will try and contact you! However, you can still RSVP through the website!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Please see your save the date or invite to see if we've saved your kiddo a seat! If you have more questions don't hesitate to contact me!
