When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2024 to ensure that all of our wonderful vendors and venue are able to accommodate you. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal - we want you to feel your best in your prettiest dresses and handsomest suits!

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is available at both the church and reception venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

We will have buses shuttling guests between the reception site and the Archer Hotel for those staying there. It's a quick <5 minute Uber ride from the reception to the Hyatt House. We want our guests to relax and have a good time, knowing they can safely get event to event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

At the reception, your order will be taken and all meals will be made to order. We have been assured there will be ample allergy/preference friendly options, but if you have concerns, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom and let us know!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What do I need to know before arriving?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at Saint Vincent Martyr Church on Friday, October 4, 2024. Parking is available behind the church, and we ask that you use the front main entrance. Please plan to arrive by 2:00 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. Signage will be available to assist you.
