Wedding Welcome Cruise

7:15 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire is Cocktail Party Casual. On the water and without sunlight it may get a bit cooler, so consider layers, or perhaps an ascot like a local yachtsperson.

The Chicago skyline is dotted with an eclectic mixture of architectural styles and signature sights; Tribune Tower, the Wrigley Building, the corncob towers on the cover of Wilco's "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot." One of the best pathways for a cross-sectional view of these is the Chicago River, so we're excited to kick off our wedding weekend with an evening cruise! We'll be traveling aboard the Fair Lady and enjoying drinks, small apps, and views. Boarding time is 7:15 and we'll sail for about 100 minutes, followed by some extra time dockside. The entrance to the dock is located at street level on the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. Descend the stairs two levels to the boat (look for the blue awning).
