We recommend flying in on Thursday, November 16 as Friday's events start at 3:00 PM and early check-in is never guaranteed. That way you can also take full advantage of wine country and all of the delicious wineries, tasting rooms and restaurants nearby. Please see below for our recommended hotels. We have discounted rates at two of them (noted below) and you must book by October 17th to take advantage of those special rates. Please note, there is a 2 night minimum stay on Friday/Saturday nights. Shuttles to our wedding events will be running to and from Archer and Cambria on both Friday and Saturday.

Alternative Accomodations

There are so many incredible hotels, B&Bs, and rental homes (Airbnb / Vrbo) in the Napa area, so please feel free to book wherever works best for you, your group size, budget, hotel loyalties, etc. Bonus if it's near one of the above room block hotels so you can jump onto the shuttles we're coordinating. Carneros Resort is our wedding venue and where we will stay! Though we don't have a block, we do welcome our guests to stay here with us. Accommodations are individual free-standing cottages resulting in a true residential feel. Each cottage features a private front porch and a backyard garden with a sundeck and fire pit. The resort amenities include restaurants, a market, pool and spa.

Rental Cars

Ubers and Lyfts can be unreliable in the Napa area - limited drivers, long wait times - so we'd recommend renting a car from the airport when you arrive.

SFO / Oakland / Sacramento Airports

Napa is easily accessible from San Francisco, Oakland and Sacramento. Please choose whichever airport works best for you and your travel schedule.
