Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

This event is black-tie formal!!! No jeans, t-shirts, flip flops, or sneakers. No guest should be wearing white of any kind (including patterns or designs on dresses or shirts). Women please wear cocktail dresses, formal long dresses, or formal jumpsuits. Men please wear a suit or nice pair of slacks and a button up shirt.
The ceremony will start at 4 PM. We advise guest show up at least 30 min early. If you show up late to the ceremony, you will be stopped at the gates and must wait till the ceremony is over to join the rest of the guest.
Cocktail Hour
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm

Cocktail hour will start right after the ceremony. There will be drinks and hors d'oeuvres for all guest to enjoy. Family photos will be taken during this time. If you are in the family photos make sure to know when it is your turn for a picture. We will not come and find you for your photo, so if you miss your time for a photo you will have to find the day of coordinator and tell them. We will try to get missed photos by the end of the night if time permits.
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The reception will start at 6 pm. Dinner will be served following the first dances. Each table will be called in a specific order, so please be patient and wait for your table to be called before you go and get food. There will be a dessert table for any guest that would like to indulge in something sweet.
After Party
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

At 9pm there will be explicit music played by the DJ, so any guest that wish to not here the music might want to politely excuse themselves and say goodbye for the evening. This time is specific for all guest that want to party and dance the night away. **Please note ALL GUEST must leave the property by 11 pm.
