For those flying into the city and staying in Brooklyn, we recommend flying into JFK or LGA. For those staying in Manhattan JFK, LGA, or EWR are all convenient. JFK is the most transit-friendly airport with the airtrain service that takes you to the A subway line, but there's ways to get to-and from all these airports via public transit. Cabs and Uber are also available at all the airports, but they can get very expensive depending on where you're going to so just look up those prices ahead of time if that's a concern!
