We met playing rugby at Stonehill College back in 2012, so this may be one of our first photos together, right as we "twin" before a game.
The first time Emily visited Keara at her home in New Hampshire, it happened to be "turkey-prepping weekend" at the farm...did Emily know what she was getting into at this moment?
We had the incredible fortune of both studying abroad New Zealand. Emily did SEA Semester & Keara studied in Wellington. Plus, we had some travel time together to explore that magnificent country!
We're no strangers to a good road trip! Between NY, NH, MA, DC, IN and a couple other states along the way, we've racked up some miles. This was a spontaneous trip to Niagara Falls one weekend!
Love is love is love. We are so grateful to all who have fought & continue to fight for LGBTQ+ rights. Plus, your love & support has helped lead us to where we are today--planning a great wedding!
A big part of our family: Chimera! (or Mera for short). This little one adopted us when we first moved to DC in 2017...let's just say she's not so little anymore.
A tent, a campfire, & a Subaru--what more do you need?! We love a good camping trip & have done a good few across the world now! There's just something about having the necessities fit on your back...
In 2019 we got to travel to Denmark & have Keara meet Emily's host families from her time there in 2011-12. Luckily we're both decent bikers...well, enough to get around this cycle-centric country.
While in Denmark, Keara truly got to live out her viking side and blended in well with the majority blue-eyed & blond-haired Danes. This was us visiting Skagen--the point where two seas meet.
When we try to take a "good" photo together, we usually end up with something like this the first 10 tries.
For anyone who knows us, you might know that we are craft libation connoisseurs. We LOVE visiting breweries wherever we go. This one happens to be in Emily's home town (Muddy River Farm Brewery).
We have to show off "The Pack!" This is the lovely herd of Border Collies that wander about Keara's home. They are a fan-favorite and make the best welcoming committee whenever we go back to NH.
