Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge
Entrance is close to the Marriott, with amazing views of the city. After the bridge, walk around City Hall park, grab a coffee at Birch, and take the 4/5 train back!

An excellent coffee shop with a great cold brew and amazing chocolate chip cookies - they have a location downstairs in the DeKalb Market Hall and upstairs in the City Point lobby.
New York Transit Museum
The official NYC Subway museum in a decommissioned subway station! The station level has vintage trains with period-appropriate advertisements.
Dekalb Market Hall
One of our favorite food halls - lots of great vendors here. Arepa Lady, Katz's, Alidoro, plus amazing cookies at The Showroom Bakehouse. Anchor restaurant Han Dynasty is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants - get the black bean-style chicken!
Fort Greene Park
Hilly park with the Prison Ship Martyrs monument at the top. Hosts a greenmarket on Saturdays.
