FAQs

For any additional questions you may have before the day of our wedding, you can call or text us and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have a Welcome Party planned for all guests on Friday, February 16th. We look forward to spending the evening with you enjoying food, drinks, and fireworks at Epcot!

Question

What time should I arrive for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Our Welcome Party will officially begin at 8:00pm. We are asking all guests to meet at Epcot’s International Gateway at 7:30pm to make sure everyone is accounted for before entering the venue.

Question

How do I get to the Welcome Party?

Answer

We will be meeting at Epcot’s International Gateway entrance and will walk together to our venue in Epcot. For Boardwalk Resort guests, you are able to walk to the International Gateway by following signage to Epcot. For Caribbean Beach Resort guests, you are able to take the Skyliner route to Epcot’s International Gateway. For All-Star Movies Resort guests, we suggest using a ride share service to the Boardwalk Resort and walking towards Epcot. For off-site guests, we also suggest using a ride share service to the Boardwalk Resort and walking towards Epcot.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will officially begin at 2:30pm. We suggest arriving by 1:45pm so you can comfortably park, navigate the resort, find your seat, and settle in before we say "I Do"!

Question

How do I get to the ceremony from my Disney resort?

Answer

For most guests staying on Disney property, you will be able to easily access the ceremony location by using Disney's transportation. The best option is the Skyliner, Disney's aerial gondola system. For Boardwalk Resort guests, you are at the right place! The ceremony will take place at this resort. For Caribbean Beach Resort guests, you are able to take the Skyliner route to Epcot. This will leave you within walking distance to the ceremony venue. For All-Star Movies Resort guests, transportation is more limited. Using a ride share service or driving yourself are the best options.

Question

Is there free parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the Boardwalk Resort. Once you arrive, tell the security guard you are attending the Reed/Fleet wedding and they will grant access to the parking lot.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for friends and family to attend our wedding in their best semi-formal or cocktail attire. For the Welcome Party, we suggest smart casual with comfortable shoes!

Question

Will any events be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the Welcome Party and ceremony venues are outdoors, so please plan accordingly!

Question

Do I need to buy a park ticket?

Answer

Tickets are not required to attend any of our wedding events.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end at 8:30pm. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and dance clubs on the Boardwalk for anyone hoping to keep the party going!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes and come prepared with your ID! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.
