What is the date and time of the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will be on Sunday, October 12th, 2025. Guests can arrive at the venue at 4:00. The ceremony will start at 4:30 SHARP (if you know the bride, you know she hates being late!). Reception starts at 5:00 and goes until 11:00.

Where is the wedding venue?
Answer
The Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Club 12292 Clarence Center Road Akron, NY 14001 **Please note: there are two buildings on the property. The Sterling is the building that is on the back left. You will go through the main parking lot of the Timberlodge to reach the Sterling's parking lot in the back.**

Is there a hotel block for guests attending the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Mosey Hotel, located at 5195 Main Street, Williamsville, New York, 14221. The room block rate is $175/night The rooms within the room block will be available at the room block rate until September 6, 2025. After September 6th, the room block rate will not apply. We have rooms blocked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. If you are needing a room outside Friday, Saturday or Sunday night you will need to call the hotel directly. Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire. We would love to see everyone dress up for the occasion, but please also feel free to choose an outfit that you’ll be comfortable in throughout the evening!

Will there be transportation to and from the venue
Answer
Yes there will be a shuttle from The Mosey Hotel (5195 Main Street, Williamsville, New York, 14221) to the venue and back. The shuttle service will pick up guests from The Mosey Hotel at 3:30 and 4:00 to bring them to the venue. The shuttle will run again starting at 10:00 and run until 11:30

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside, but the reception will be a mix of inside and outside.

Yes. There is a large parking lot behind the main parking lot that is specifically for The Sterling.

Yes! We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Amazon.
