What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 6 pm. Since the museum will be open during the day, we ask that you kindly do not arrive before 5:30 pm to allow time to set up the ceremony space.

How do I get to the Franklin Institute?

All of our hotels are easily walkable to the venue (all hotels are less than a 10-minute walk from the Franklin Institute). The address for the Franklin Insitute is 222 N 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. If you prefer, please feel free to utilize a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft to get to the venue. There is also a garage on-site for free event parking if you prefer to drive.

What entrance do I use for the Franklin Institute?

Please use the entrance labeled as the Special Needs/Strollers/Business Entrance. It is to the right of the large staircase entrance on the ground level. There will be attendants to direct you into the space.

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Yes - all of the hotels we reserved room blocks at are very close to the venue and walkable.

Guests will be able to freely explore three of the most popular exhibits during cocktail hour including the Heart, Electricity, and Changing Earth.

Yes, please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. All entrees are gluten free.

We respectfully ask that you please do not take photos or videos during our ceremony. We have a photographer and videographer who will capture the moment.
