The wedding will be held at Amar's home in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Amar and Emily met at Moody Bible Institute in August 2015, and it was in the following February of 2016 that they began dating. They initially began talking around meal times, and a connection was quickly formed. Unlike most friendships that start at a surface level before going deeper, Amar and Emily's first conversation revolved around vulnerability, identity, and belonging. Their friendship was so incredibly valuable to both of them. From the very beginning their friendship was both challenging, and safe and comforting. In both November and December Amar asked Emily to be his girlfriend, and both times were a 'no.' Yet, patience and persistence continued through Christmas Break. When returning to school for the Spring semester, Amar and Emily continued to talk and Amar quickly realized his feelings for Emily never quite left. It wasn't until February 6th that Emily and Amar began their relationship, and a little over a year later, on March 23rd, 2017 Emily said yes to marrying her dearest friend. This brings us to now, when both Amar and Emily are counting down the days until they are married! Come celebrate with them!
