Yes! This is our one big chance to get all our favourite people together from both sides of the pond and we really want to make it a fun, memorable weekend for all. We met at a summer camp and we really want to bring the camp fun vibe to the entire weekend. We can’t wait to have everyone together, play some games, get married, and dance the night away with everyone! As for the cabin accommodations, we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you are comfortable as possible. The camp has newly renovated cabins where you will sleep in a shared bunk room with bathrooms available in all cabins. A limited amount of private rooms will be available for those who may need it. Some pictures of the accommodations can be found on the 'Camp Photos' section of the website.
There are 13 separate cabins and each cabin has between 5-15 twin beds (which can be pushed together to make doubles, if needed). Each cabin is equipped with a bathroom. Bathrooms have multiple shower stalls, toilet stalls and sinks. The cabins have electricity/outlets and ample cupboard space. The camp will provide pillows, pillowcases, and sheets. Please bring your own blanket/sleeping bag. If you're flying in for the wedding - we've go you covered! Please see the "Camp Photos" tab to get a better idea of what the cabins look like!
We are going to do our very best to provide everyone with their own private space where possible. However, if you do end up sharing, you will not be rooming with people you don’t know; likely it will be someone in your family. Families will be grouped together and same goes for very close friends. Everyone's comfort is our main concern, so we appreciate your patience as we make assignments and please let us know if you have any questions/concerns!
Don't worry! If you have a hard time getting around camp staff will be available to transport our guests around the camp in golf carts!
The ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. We would recommend a block heel or wedge as the ceremony is outside and there will be a short walk from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and then reception venue. We will also be having a disco-themed After Party, therefore we want to encourage people to bring an item of dazzling disco attire to help bring the disco energy as we celebrate and dance into the night... For the rest of the weekend, please remember bring layers as it could get lil' chilly at night!
Yes! When you RSVP please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions

Your favorite snacks and BYOB for the weekend (Open bar for welcome BBQ and reception on Saturday.) If you're flying in for the wedding, we've got you covered for the bulkier items on this list!
