Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will start at 2:30pm. We would love if all of you could be there about 15-20 minutes early so you have time to chit-chat and find a seat!!

What Do I Wear?

Answer

We have decided that we want everyone to Dress Semi-Formal/Casual. **Dress Shirt, Jeans, Dress, Suit, Slacks**

Is the reception and ceremony indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, please keep in mind it is October so there is always a chance of snow or cold weather. The reception will be located on the premises of pig hill farm and vineyard. It will be an indoor reception but luckily the reception hall also has an outdoor space with a roof over it.

What will wedding day look like?

Answer

We will be trying to keep the ceremony 15-20 minutes long, after the ceremony the guest will go to the reception hall while the bride and groom get pictures with their close family and bridal party, We will try to make this as quick as possible so that we don't keep the guest waiting. But while your waiting there will be yard games and a few other activities to do! :)

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

There will be parking available for everyone, where the guests will be parking is a little bit of a walk to the ceremony location, the venue owners will have a go-cart that can transfer people who are unable to walk to and from the ceremony location.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Our deadline is SEPTEMBER 1st !!! please keep this in mind when mailing your RSVP back. If you don't RSVP by the date we won't be able to accommodate you.

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony and post them on social media?

Answer

As much as we would love seeing your point of view of the ceremony, we have hired an amazing photographer named Danny and he will be taking all the pictures. As for the reception you can take as many pictures as you want. But please refrain from posting pictures on social media :)

Are plus ones accepted?

Answer

All though we love everyone, we will not be able to accommodate plus ones.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Answer

I will be keeping this website up to date to keep everyone informed the best that I can.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

During October there is always a chance of snow so please keep an eye on the weather leading up to the wedding day!!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a dry wedding, meaning we will not be having alcohol of any kind. we will be having a few different types of mocktails for people to enjoy while we are getting our pictures done.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! But there will be a designated table at our wedding for any gift/card you might bring.

Do I have to stay the night in Webster Springs?

Answer

Absolutely not!! We have made it where everyone can have fun and still be home by a decent time, if you wish to stay that is completely up to you, we will in no way be making anyone stay.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Absolutely, we love kids and wouldn't have it any other way, we can't wait to see all of them there!! We have included your children as guest on the RSVP.

Are their places to eat nearby?

Answer

There are a few different places to eat in Webster springs, since its a small town there isn't much but here are a few. Vickies Food place, The Custard Stand, and The Spring Soup and Sandwich.

What is your Wedding hashtag, and what is its purpose?

Answer

If you post pictures you can add a hashtag in order for them to go into a file so that anyone that looks up the hashtag can see all the photos shared. Our hashtag is #FinallyAPhillips

Will We Be Doing The Money Dance?

Answer

Yes we will be doing the money dance, if you want to dance with the bride or groom bring some cash!!!
