Welcome Event - Watch The Pirates at PNC Park Luxury Suites With Us!

PNC Park is walkable from our reserved hotels via The Andy Warhol bridge. ABOUT THE EVENT ⚾️ DJ loves sports, especially baseball, so we are excited to welcome you to our wedding weekend at a game! Please join us at the Luxury Suites at PNC Park to watch The Pittsburgh Pirates play and admire the Pittsburgh skyline. The event, which includes a buffet dinner, is hosted by Mr. and Mrs. McGlaughlin. HOW TO ENTER 🎟️ Go to our private event blue-gated entrance on W. General Robinson Street (between the two main gates of PNC Park on that street), where we will be handing you your game tickets. Kyle McGlaughlin will be at the gate handing out everyone's ticket. His cell is: 304-280-2401 Once you're in the luxury suites, feel free to walk around the stadium and enjoy the game and the Pittsburgh skyline! **Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark (purses, fanny packs, backpacks, etc.) provided that the bag is soft-sided and 16” x 16” x 8” or smaller.**

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

TRANSPORTATION 🚌 There will be free shuttles to and from each hotel to the wedding venue, as well as at the end of the evening from the venue back to the hotels. Prefer to drive? There is free parking. - 3:00pm: Shuttles depart from Hampton Inn and Renaissance hotels - 4:00pm: Ceremony begins - 8:00pm: Early shuttle departs to the hotels - 10:15pm: Late shuttle departs to the hotels SETTING 🌷 The event takes place outdoors, under a tent on the beautiful garden lawn. Dancing will take place in an indoor barn, which features air conditioning and a hard floor. ATTIRE 💃🏼 Think Easter Sunday! Note that you will be on grass, so consider your footwear. Feel free to bring comfy kicks for dancing :)
