Ceremony + Cocktail Hour will be outside followed by the Reception indoors.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes, shuttles will be available to and from the venue from each hotel in our room block. Transportation will pickup and depart from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4PM. Transportation will pickup and depart from the Hyatt at 4PM. Transportation will pickup and depart from the Inn At Chesapeake Bay Beach Club at 4:30PM.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Yes, please select the GF/Vegan option on the RSVP card or contact us directly if you have specific concerns.

Yes! Free parking is available on the property. Don't forget to take advantage of our scheduled transportation at all hotels for a night of ease.
