Ellie and Patrick's first apartment was located on Piedmont Park. The park hosted them for countless walks, picnics with friends, events, bike rides and eventually, their engagement!
Restaurant between Piedmont Park and the start of the Beltline across from Midtown High School where Patrick coaches football. Great views especially during summer sunsets!
This is where you can find Ellie and Patrick most weekends! It is a great place to go on a long walk with loads of restaurants, bars, and shops along the way. Ellie incessantly recommends the book "City on the Verge: Atlanta and the Fight for America's Urban Future" by Mark Pendergrast. The book is a history of the Atlanta Beltline project.
A classic Ellie and Patrick favorite. Fun fact: Ellie and Patrick are both scuba certified!
"The National Center for Civil and Human Rights, which opened in 2014, is a museum and human rights organization in Atlanta that inspires people to tap their own power to change the world around them. The Center’s iconic exhibitions feature the papers and artifacts of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.; the history of the civil rights movement in the United States; and stories from the struggle for human rights around the world today."
The Fahs and Knight families both enjoy studying history. We highly recommend the remastered cyclorama exhibit!
