To our Family and Friends - We are SO grateful for you all and cannot wait to celebrate our marriage with you, just a little later than originally anticipated. May 16, 2020 was absolutely perfect, and we are greatly enjoying these first few months as a married couple! Unfortunately, given the current trends of COVID-19, we have decided to postpone the wedding celebration in September (they say third time's a charm, right?!?) and hope you all will be able to join us to celebrate September 25, 2021! We met and became friends our freshman year of college at the University of South Carolina. Steven and I lived in the same dorm building. Sophomore year we were at a friend's party and spent the whole night talking - we've been inseparable since. Steven came on vacation to Michigan with my entire family later that summer and the rest was history, I knew if he could willingly handle that craziness he was in for the long haul. We've been through a lot of excitement the last 5 years together, between graduation from USC, a move to Cincinnati, the start of a new career, nearly 4 years of medical school (& him being the greatest support system I could ask for through it all) - but I think my favorite memory to date was May 10, 2019 when Steven asked to start our our next big adventure together. He surprised me by inviting family and friends from all over to celebrate that night, and we can't wait to have everyone and more back for our big day this September!
