When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by April 22nd, 2024 so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Yes, please see our accommodations section on the website. We have hotel blocks reserved at two different hotels, but feel free to stay wherever you like!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning to start the ceremony at 9:30am, guests can start seating at 9:00am. It will be outside (weather permitting, of course) so we do not suggest arriving too early in case it is warm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

YES, there is plenty of parking at Hudson Gardens. We will be providing alcohol (mimosa and bloody mary bars along with a selection of beer and wine) so please plan accordingly! It is easily accessible by Uber and Lyft as well if you would prefer to play it safe.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress in bright, colorful, and comfortable clothing. It is an outdoor ceremony in a beautiful rose garden, so fun hats and comfortable footwear are encouraged!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES, please do! We will be enjoying small bites during the cocktail hour and a brunch buffet together with a wide variety of choices during the reception. Please let us know about any specific dietary restrictions so we can try to accommodate and make special requests with our catering company.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a Welcome Party at The Ballet Physique (Ellen's barre studio) for a quick *optional* barre class at 4:00pm, then meeting at The Viewhouse Littleton afterward from 5:00-7:00pm for small bites and beverages.
