From Ella teaching Jenna how to ski & sail and Jenna teaching Ella about pop culture & skincare, they always have something to learn from one another. Jenna & Ella are built-in best friends.

Ella’s best friend from Michigan State. Ella and Erin met the first day of college at Brody Hall and have talked every day since. From living together for 4 years, to joining the same sorority, and more recently meeting up for a Detroit boat day or a night out in Grand Rapids, there is never a dull moment and always a reason to celebrate. When Ella & Erin are together, their energy multiplies and creates many profound memories, including the day that Ella & Connor met!

Ella & Chloe’s friendship has traveled from East Lansing, to Grand Rapids, to Detroit and hasn’t missed a beat. Chloe, very reliably, gives Ella the most honest & loving advice wether it be her outfit choice or life decisions. Chloe never fails to make Ella laugh during their wine nights and up-north weekends.

Ella and Lauren quickly became friends through their sorority at Michigan State after realizing their shared love for Chi Omega Sorority and bachelor Mondays. After Lauren moved to Grand Rapids post college, Ella & Lauren’s friendship graduated from bachelor nights to dinner parties and more. Ella can always count on Lauren for being a compassionate listener, and giving new restaurant recommendations or loving hugs. And some boxed water too.
Mia Trabucchi

Ella & Mia’s friendship started by Ella helping Mia find the Brody Cafeteria when she was lost the first day of Freshman year, and it has been effortless ever since. From skiing in Harbor Springs, being the best of roommates in Grand Rapids, cooking many meals together, to playing every card game they can find, Ella and Mia have done it all. Mia’s passion for her friendships makes her the most loyal and loving friend, especially on New Years Eve.
Sarah Reid

Ella’s longest friend. Ella and Sarah grew up spending summers teaching sailing school together at the Grand Rapids Yacht Club and traveling to just about every lake in the state of Michigan to race sailboats. Never losing touch over almost 20 years of friendship, Ella & Sarah have grown together in so many ways. From ripping around Reeds Lake in the big rib, to talking travel plans, their friendship will never fail.
Robby Koueiter
Best Man
One of the two best men, Robby and Connor have been lifelong friends. They first met a long time ago at the DYC as swim teammates (ironically through their siblings who became friends). They have grown up together and done everything together from traveling to Europe to the Grand Canyon, or traversing Class 5 white water rapids to working at the same office job together.
Nick Dobreff

The other of the two best men, Nick and Connor’s friendship goes back as far as his time at St. Mary’s Catholic Middle School in Mt. Clemens (and even further to preschool if that counts). From Connor’s dad coaching their middle school basketball team, to playing lacrosse in high school, to celebrating life in Florida every year, Nick has remained one of Connor’s closest friends throughout his life.

Brendan’s friendship dates to the beginning of college (despite him not attending MSU), but ironically truly solidified through their time in COVID, staying up late playing Call of Duty on 10-hour phone calls with their friends, to moving across the state to Grand Rapids together.

Chris and Connor’s friendship is a chance one, going back as early as Junior year of college, Chris was what we would call one of the only boyfriends that made it. Dating Ella’s best friend Mia, they would frequently greet each other before going to the bar in college, to now living in Grand Rapids together watching football every Thursday at O’Toole’s.
Devon Baker

The youngest of The Fabulous Baker Boys™, Connor and Devon have shared countless memories together between sharing the same room for 15 years to joining the same fraternity in college. As Devon has grown up, his relationship has gotten even closer with Connor, especially through their passion for health and fitness. Devon has been incredibly grateful as of recent years through Connor’s “coaching by example” on showing Devon how to properly bench 225.
Isaiah Johnson

The newest addition to The Fabulous Baker Boys™, Isaiah and Connor have been friends since Freshmen year of High School. Their friendship has been a lively one, with accolades from swimming to high-speed car chases, to playing music as loud as they can on the way to swim practice, Isaiah has truly been a great addition to the Baker Boys.
Max Baker

The middle of The Fabulous Baker Boys™, Max and Connor have had a true brotherly love their whole life. Whilst Connor, Max and Devon shared the same room for years, Max decided he would be the first to move out. With that their relationship as siblings has become much more “wholesome” as they spend countless hours sailing together on the front of the boat, complaining about how nobody seems to know how to “ease the guy”.
Murphy Wynsma

The middle sibling of the Wynsma Family, Murphy and Connor hit it off quickly as friends and soon to be brother in laws. Murphy and Connor both share a love for the extreme, finding a knack for kiteboarding, they have spent many hours together from Long Bay in the Turks and Caicos to floating in the middle of Little Traverse Bay.
Matt Zadel

“Za” and Connor have been friends since college, although not super close initially, their time together in Cabo really set the basis for a lifelong friendship. Another of the boyfriends that made it, Za and Chloe have been dating for years and recently decided to take Connor’s place in Detroit, moving from Grand Rapids. Their friendship continues through both of their shared love for sports and fitness.

Robert and Connor first met in college again through Lauren and Ella. Being one of the friendly faces he would always see at date parties and gatherings, they really became friends after moving to Grand Rapids. Joining the Thursday night football crowd at O’Toole’s along with Brendan and Chris, the fearsome foursome has become a close group of guys.

Connor’s first new friend in high school, Zach and Connor’s friendship dates back to history class with the infamous “Thaier Mukhtar.” Known as “John Stamos” to his close friends, Connor and Zach started a lifelong friendship, between spending late nights playing FIFA, to skiing at Boyne, to just hanging out on the weekends after school.
