There will be shuttles leaving from both hotels to take guests to the church. Following the ceremony the shuttles will be available to take to the reception, and then again at the end of the reception back to the hotels. The shuttle from the Tru by Hilton will be leaving the hotel at 2:30. The shuttle from the Hampton Inn will be leaving the hotel at 2:15. Both shuttles will leave the reception to return to the hotels at 10:10PM. Please ensure you are on the correct shuttle.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask any children under the age of 10 not attend the reception. We have contracted My Fair Nanny to provide childcare for the duration of the cocktail hour and reception. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 3PM. We ask you arrive to the church no later than 2:45. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, one of our day of coordinators from Taryn Blake Events will be able to help you enter the church and find a seat.
Due to The Yorktowne being unable to open, we are currently working on securing another room block. For those who have already booked a hotel and are receiving a notification that your reservation has been cancelled, Steven and Elizabeth will be reaching out to you individually once a new hotel and rate has been secured. As there are no other hotels within walking distance of St. John's or The Bond, we will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony and reception. Once more details have been established, we will provide more updates on the the FAQ page.
There is ample parking across from St. John's, as well as across the street from The Bond.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, pleases notate this when you RSVP. We will do our best to work with the caterer in accommodating your needs.
