Please mail in your pre-postage/pre-addressed Response card sent with your invitation. Please RSVP by April 15, 2025. For those who received a Rehearsal Dinner invitation, please see the separate RSVP tab on the website.
Please contact libbyrileywedding@gmail.com or the hotel directly and we will try to accommodate your stay. There is also an array of hotel options on the Charleston Peninsula.
Our dress code is black tie. Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties. To kick off the summer season, we encourage bright colors and patterns. For women: please avoid pale shades of blue. For men: feel free to accessorize with a bright bow tie or cummerbund. Our ceremony will take place outside followed by an indoor/outdoor reception. Please be mindful of footwear as this will be an outdoor occasion and celebration.
Welcome Party: to kick off the wedding weekend and Memorial Day weekend, we encourage guests to wear shades of white and neutral attire. For women: dresses, jumpsuits, and sets. For men: White linen or cotton button-down shirts or polos paired with khakis or slacks. For the Newlywed Brunch: casual attire is encouraged. However, for both events, please dress to your comfort level, first and foremost!
The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on the envelope of your invitation.
While we love children, our wedding is 18+ only.
Post-reception, transportation will be provided from the venue for all guests staying at the hotel blocks and the after-party at 10:30pm. Ride Share options are also available in Charleston. For those within driving distance, parking is limited at Lowndes Grove.
Both our Welcome Party venue and Newlywed Brunch venue are roughly a ten to twenty minute walk from the hotel blocks. Ride Share options are also available in Charleston.
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of your Response card and our venue will accommodate accordingly.
Please check the weather before packing. Charleston summers can be hot and humid, so please plan accordingly. Hopefully, May will be more pleasant than the peak heat of Charleston’s Julys and Augusts.
