May the 4th be With You

It all began in Kindergarten, when Noah pulled a chair from underneath Beth (she made it a bigger deal than it was, of course). After meeting, our family’s became friends and our dads worked together for years. Noah and his family moved away after 2nd grade, so none of us ever thought we would end up together. They’d come to visit occasionally during the summer and we’d go to Lake Erie. We would make rafts with wood logs to swim to Canada and slide down clay hills. Whenever our family’s would get together we’d have a blast. We went our separate ways during college, but our parents remained friends throughout the years. After college, Noah moved back to Ohio and Beth did as well. When Maureen (Momma Fedor) heard Noah moved back, she insisted that we all hang out with him because he didn’t have any family close. So, Beth reached out to Noah and they all had a blast again. A couple months after hanging out (long wait), Noah asked Beth on a date to his coworker’s winery (which she wasn’t sure it was a date) and a WVU football game with his family that weekend. After that, they started dating. After a year and half of dating, Noah took Beth back up to Madison and brought it full circle by asking her to marry him on the Lake Erie shoreline (in 30 mph winds). She said yes of course and the rest is history.
