In the strange and heady times of late 2020, through the wonders of modern technology, Elizabeth and Nick met online, amidst a pandemic. Undeterred by lockdowns, mandates, and that weird phase of actually washing groceries (remember that?!), they met. They sat down to brunch (with thoroughly sanitized menus) and the time flew by. By the end of that first date, they both were counting down the hours until they could meet again. What followed was the start of the most amazing adventure, with trips to Miami, Boston and beyond. They moved in together early into 2021, to a wonderful home in Manhattan Beach. Nick knew early on he'd found the one, and planned to ask Elizabeth for her hand in marriage. In a most perfect evening on the beach, exactly one year to the day of meeting, she said yes, and plans were afoot to celebrate their love in the most special place.....
