let's eat, drink, and be married

Liz and Max met while undergraduate students at the University of Maryland, College Park, ages 19 and 21, when their greek life chapters, Alpha Phi and FIJI, were teamed up for Homecoming. Upon first seeing Max in a Yankees jersey and checkered chef pants, Liz turned to a sorority sister and confidently said, "I will marry that man." A few years of friendship, day bars, tailgates, half marathons, and Dave Matthews Band concerts later, Liz and Max officially started dating while on a trip with friends to Vermont during their last year as Terps. After graduation, Liz and Max started a long-distance relationship that took them to the likes of South Norwalk, CT, Chicago, IL, Schaffhausen, Switzerland, and now their shared home in NYC. Max proposed to Liz after four and a half years of dating near their home at Washington Square Park, NYC. They now reside in Bowery, NYC.
