Where is the Wedding taking place?

Answer

The American Hotel and Banquet Hall located in Historic Downtown Staunton, Virginia! Street Address: 125 South Augusta Street, Staunton, Virginia See the "Schedule" section for a link to directions!

What time is the Ceremony? What about the Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 3:30PM, followed by cocktail hour at 4:00PM, and with the Reception starting at 5:00PM! See the "Schedule" section for a full timeline of the evening!

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Ladies- midi, tea-length, or maxi dresses are encouraged! Men- suit and tie encouraged! All events of the evening will be inside- so don't worry too much about being cold!

What should I expect after the Ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the bridal party and immediate family will be taking pictures at the Venue for around an hour. Guests will be guided to the loft of the venue for cocktail hour with drinks and small bites offered! The reception will kick off at 5:00 with dinner served at 5:30! (See the "Schedule" section for full timeline)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible would be wonderful! The deadline is December 16th, please see the "RSVP" section! Feel free to reach out if you have any issues with the link!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide transportation. Good news is the recommended hotel is within walking distance of the wedding venue! In the case of inclement weather, there is parking available adjacent to the venue.
