Yes, there will be signs directing you to a large field where you can park. There will also be handicapped parking available closer to the barn.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Yes, bus schedule as follows: Bus 1 will pick up promptly from Holiday Inn at 2:50pm and again at 3:50pm Bus 2 will pick up promptly from Best Western at 2:40pm and again at 3:50pm Bus 1 will pick up from venue at 9pm, 10pm and 11:30pm to go back to Holiday Inn Bus 2 will pick up from venue at 9:30pm and 11:30pm to go back to Best Western
