When should I RSVP by?

Our registry will be through the website. We plan to have it up and running by the end of March.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We will start the ceremony at 4 pm.

Semi-formal (no jeans, no collarless shirts for men, no tennis shoes)

Is my family welcome?

Answer

Absolutely. We'd love to have them, including kids. Please let us know when you RSVP if you haven't told us already.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you haven't selected a hotel yet, you may want to do so quickly. Our date coincides with the Sturgis Bike Rally and rooms go quickly this time of year. We recommend any hotels on West Sioux Avenue or the AmericInn/Holiday Inn in Fort Pierre. These places fit a variety of budgets and all are close to the reception site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have informed our caterer ahead of time that they may need to accommodate food allergies and have also requested a vegetarian option for the menu. If you have not already reached out to us, please include that information with your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Parking is free for both venues. The closest parking for the ceremony is at the north office entrance and off the street. For the reception, use the River Center Annex parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you need special transportation arrangements, please let us know and we can arrange a carpool with someone in town.
