Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP by March 1, 2025! If we do no receive your RSVP by this date we will have to mark you as a 'no'. We have to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope this provides enough time for each of you to RSVP, we can't wait to celebrate with you all!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited tent space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding <3

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of children in our wedding party! However, Elizabeth is currently gathering a list of local and reliable sitters to provide for childcare throughout our wedding weekend! Please reach out to Elizabeth (cell: 443-934-0835) for a babysitter, for any day/evening of the weekend, is needed and she will provide you with our list of sitters we love and trust!

Question

What will be provided at the wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony there will be refreshments provided. Following the ceremony, guest will be escorted to the cocktail hour location, here there will be refreshments and small bite appetizers. During the reception, there will be a full dinner provided along with desserts! (Please note our wedding reception will be a dry event, meaning no alcohol will be served.)

Question

Is the wedding outside/what if it rains?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony & reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day! As weather permits, all wedding events will be held on grass/gravel. Incase of rain, we will be keeping a close eye on the weather once closer to the date. We will provide a full rain plan if needed, as of now we have a backup ceremony space and our reception will be held under large event tents regardless of the weather. We do ask for prayers for clear weather on our wedding day, thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so we kindly ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything (4:00-4:10pm). This will also give you time to park, grab a refreshment and find your seat! If you arrive after the ceremony has started we kindly ask you wait to join until our ceremony has ended and join us for the remainder of the night as we'd still love to see you and celebrate together. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What food options are available?

Answer

We are currently building our exact menu! please check back for details. We are trying our best to accommodate to dietary needs that we know of such as vegetarian and gluten free. As of now there will be refreshments throughout the whole event, appetizers post ceremony, full dinner served at the reception followed by the best part, dessert!
