Maid of Honor
What a gift and dear friend Ashlyn has been to me. I praise and thank God for her life long friendship. We originally met at LeTourneau University, played volleyball together, and were roommates, but she is so much more than that. She is my bonus sister and best friend. I am thankful for the ways she has been there throughout life's joys and trials. She is a natural encourager, comforter, and full of so much wisdom. Ashlyn has been the one to point me to scripture and pray over me during all seasons of life. Ashlyn embodies so many of the fruits of the spirit. As I do life with her, I am encouraged to seek the Lord more. She has loved me I am oh so thankful for the ways she consistently points me to Christ in all things!

Emma and I originally met at Church at the Cross and quickly became a sweet dear friend and roommate after a ski trip to Colorado. I am so grateful for all the sweet memories and times spent in the Girl House together with Emma. God answered my prayers and has shown me more of His abounding kindness when He gave me her as a roommate and friend in this season of life. She is quick to listen and uplift those around her, prays without ceasing, intentional, and serves as to the Lord. She has encouraged me in the practice of confession and bearing each others burdens, resulting in the reminder of our freedom and joy in Christ. She has reminded me of the beauty of walking along side one another as sisters in Christ!
Bridesmaid
Ashley is my longest friendship I have been blessed with. We first met in junior high playing volleyball and Bedford Junior High! I am thankful for the many years of volleyball together, sleepovers, family game nights and movie nights, road trips, shopping days, and the numerous amounts of lunch dates spent talking for hours. There are so many memories I cherish with Ashley. She has stood by my side in some of my most difficult seasons as well as some of the most joyful ones. She is so quick to encourage and uplift me and others around her!
Bridesmaid
I had the pleasure of meeting Lexie because she is Brayden's sister. It has been so fun to get to know Lexie, and I am very excited to finally have a sister! Lexie is so sweet, welcoming, gentle, and extremely funny! I have been blessed by the ways Lexie has humbly served Brayden and I in the little things! Her calming presence brings great comfort, and it is a joy for me to watch her and Brayden interact! I can see all the sibling love they have for one another! I look forward to all the memories and times we will get to spend together!
Bridesmaid
Karyn is a sweet and dear teacher friend from school, but we have actually known each other a lot longer than that. Karyn originally met me when I was in a stroller when she and my dad played on the church softball team together. I have always enjoyed my time with Karyn. I am thankful for her wisdom and mentorship in my life. Ever since I began working at Donna Park Elementary with Karyn, I have cherished our friendship even more. She has encouraged me to return to Christ in all things and have providing examples of God's faithfulness in her own testimony and life which has reminded me that if our God was faithful then, He will continue to be faithful now. I am thankful for the ways she rejoices with me in great moments of victory and has wept with me in moments of sorrow. She bears burdens well and is compassionate towards others.
Bridesmaid
Kasey and I originally met at Church at the Cross when I joined her life group. Kasey has become such a wonderful friend and mentor in my life. Her family has loved me so well ever since I arrived at CATC. I am thankful for her Godly wisdom, humility, and grace. She serves and loves those around her so well and is quick to comfort and bear others burdens. I am thankful for the many nights spent at the Reyes's house eating yummy dishes (because anything Kasey makes is delicious) and doing life together. Kasey is a natural encourager and helper. What a gift it has been for me to watch her be a loving wife and mother.
Bridesmaid
Gwen is another friend I met shortly after attending Church at the Cross. Gwen and her family were so intentional and kind to me. Oh how I enjoyed the many Sundays spent worshipping alongside the Albaugh family as well as going over to their house for dinners and movie nights. Gwen is extremely hospitable, welcoming, and serves those around her. What a gift and encouragement it has been to see the strength of the Lord in Gwen and how she continuously trusts in the Lord's plans for her life. I am thankful for her mentorship and wisdom and how she continually reminds me of God's promises even when life is painful and not easy.
Junior Bridesmaid
I have had the pleasure of watching sweet Maddy grow up ever since she was three. I have so many fond memories of babysitting her and her brother, watching her play softball, beach trips, swim days, Six Flags adventures, and so much more. This girl is so beautiful on the inside and out. Her love for the Lord shines in her joy! I know that her joy is not rooted in the things she is good at,(which let me tell you... is a lot!) but is rooted in her hope in Jesus. Plus, this girly is a prayer warrior. I remember the day Karyn told her that she was praying that I would meet my future husband one day soon, and that I would find someone that loves Jesus like I do. Well, God is kind to answer our prayers and provide in His own timing. I am so thankful for the ways Maddy has joined me in prayer at such a young age! What a gift it is to watch the Lord continue to work in and through her!
Junior Bridesmaid
Chandler is a new little friend that I have come to love so much! We originally met at Church at the Cross, but I also had the pleasure of getting to see her at my school! She once told me that I was one of her best adult friends, and I take that as a high honor. Chandler is so wise beyond her years! I see the Lord renewing and working in her heart so much! She radiates the joy of the Lord when she cares for her siblings, loves and serves her friends at school, and when she prays for those who need comfort. I can always count on Chandler to give me a big hug which makes me smile. Her kindness and gentleness is rooted in her Hope in Jesus which makes it that much sweeter.
Best Man
For twenty-four years, Max has been a faithful friend. Max and Brayden's moms met at church, where Max was invited to Brayden's second birthday party. As Max will tell you, he was Brayden's first friend. One of the many characteristics of Jesus I see in Max is his humility. Max counts others as more significant than himself, is continually speaking of the Lord's faithfulness in his life, and counsels me in the wisdom of the Word. Throughout our friendship, I love hearing and seeing his eagerness to share the Gospel with his friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Max is also a prayer warrior. Even before meeting Liz, I remember Max praying for me and my future spouse, and I am thankful the Lord heard those prayers. I know I am loved well when I think of how Max prays for those that I care about. Max is the epitome of Proverbs 18:24b, a friend who has stuck closer than a brother.
Groomsman
I first met Manley shortly after coming to Church at the Cross and joining the Parking Lot team. He, his wife, and their daughter, also would volunteer in the Young Adults ministry. During this time, Manley underwent major medical procedures, yet he continued to faithfully serve the people around him. If these were not enough reasons to cling to this friendship, the Lord also led Manley to call me after He had impressed the Carpenter family on my heart throughout a week of prayer at church leading up to Easter. A characteristic of Jesus I admire in Manley is his steadfastness. He has clung to Jesus in the midst of every valley and has poured out his heart in praying for others with me. He boasts only in the Lord, and though he has moved many states away, I thank God for our phone calls that direct my adoration and gratitude more and more to Jesus.
Groomsman
I first met Caleb my sophomore year of high school (Go Eagles!) and became close with him as we served together for The Talon News. Our friendship grew after he transferred from OSU to Texas A&M in 2018 and joined the church small group I was in. Caleb, along with close friends Chad Pilbeam and Greyson Lewis, did not mess around when it came to cooking meals during our gatherings. Additionally, I credit Caleb for keeping our group alive as we convoyed across the country and through Teton pass during the winter. But most of all, I admire Caleb's unwavering loyalty and dependability. Whether it's a question about life or needing a late-night prayer, Caleb will drop everything for you. As Caleb has been by my side for the past decade, his friendship points me to Christ, who promises never to cast out those who believe in Him.
Groomsman
Luke was one of my roommates for three years in college. One of my earliest interactions involved him speaking up in a class we shared for a belief he held. While it would have been easy to let the untruth go unchallenged, I witnessed Luke stand firm in his conviction and speak up. During our time as roommates, our house enjoyed many karaoke nights, guitar/saxophone jam sessions, FIFA tournaments—that I [rarely] won, and time with friends. As the oldest of six, I admired how he selflessly pursued each of his siblings independently during a challenging season of life. As the Word says God no longer counts our iniquities against His people, I cherish Luke's humility in seeing no one too far from God’s grace.

If I told you Kelson and my friendship grew out of him coming to workout at my apartment every morning at 5 am, and that he is still a close friend, you'd think I was joking. Kelson would have to be a pretty great guy, and that he is. I had the privilege of living with Kelson with two other friends from church, Ian Maston and Andrew Whitman, for a year. I see the work of Jesus in Kelson in his inclusive nature toward others. As Christ leaves the ninety-nine for the one, Kelson seeks out those on the outside and wants to welcome them in. Whenever there is a need, Kelson is quick with his "yes". I am grateful for the ways he challenges me, is ready to talk through what is going on in our lives, and constantly encourages me in the ways of the Lord.

I really thought I lost my chance with Liz when the first thing I said to Jordan was "I thought you were taller"! Despite my awkward nerves, Jordan has been kind to welcome me into the family. He is humble and loves people well, loving them from the love He was shown in Jesus. One of my favorite things is to watch Jordan and Liz interact. Whether it is reminiscing on old memories, joking about an inside joke, or dancing together at weddings, I love seeing their bond and care for each other. I would not be surprised if the duo tops the best dance moves at the reception.

While Jon is undoubtedly the smartest person in the room, he does not treat others as lower than him. Jon is tender in his love for his family and cares deeply for them. During most of my time in dating Liz, Jon was at the University of Texas graduating top of his class in Aerospace Engineering. Yet despite the minimal time together, I am thankful for the ways Jon intentionally sought to know me as the one pursuing his sister. It's not rocket science that I am excited to call Jon my brother-in-law!
