Wedding Rescheduled to April 9, 2021

Corona Virus (COVID-19) Updates

In light of what is going on around us, Elijah and I have decided it would be best for everyone to postpone our wedding to April 9th, 2021. This has been a difficult decision but we want to keep everyone safe and healthy and to truly be able to enjoy our day when it comes around. We hope that you understand and thank you for your prayers and support throughout this process. We have decided to not postpone our marriage, only the party; we have had a long engagement and are beyond excited to call one another husband and wife. Our plan is to get married in Charleston on our original date, 04/11/2020, and move the party/1-year anniversary/vow renewal to next year. The wedding next year will still be in Charleston at the Gadsden House and we look forward to celebrating with you on a brighter day. We will keep the registry open until the new date next year. Please reach out to myself, Elijah, Anita or Diane if you have any questions.

Elijah & Hannah are getting hitched!

Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you.

We’ve created this site as a convenient and interactive way to share all of the important details with you in the lead up to our wedding. You can get to know our awesome bridal party, check out our registry, gather accommodation info, and discover some of our favorite things to do in Charleston. So have fun, take a look around and don’t forget to RSVP by March 11th! Finally – thank you for your ongoing love and support. We are so excited to share this day with you and look forward to dancing the night away with all of our favorite people!

How We Met

Summer 2017

Our love story began in Raleigh, NC back in July of 2017. We met through mutual friends and quickly sparked a summer romance. That spark rapidly turned into a flame after discovering a mutual love for travel, cheesy dance moves, DiGiorno pizza, and Game of Thrones. Our journey has felt nothing short of a fairy-tale and we can’t wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!

The Proposal

12.28.18

We closed on our new home Friday morning. That evening I headed over to our old friend and new neighbor's house for a girl's night that we had been planning for weeks. As we popped open a bottle of wine, the girls insisted on walking over to our house for a tour. As I walked through the front door, Eli was standing in our empty living room surrounded by nothing but flowers and candles. He promised me forever and I couldn't think of a better first memory in our first house.
