In 2004, Annie and Eli met each other in 4th grade at The Columbus Academy. Although not in the same class, they shared many memories at a young age.

In 2008, they attended each other's bar and bat mitzvahs.

In 2009, they participated in the same group travel experience to Israel and became close friends.

In 2013, they graduated from high school and went separate ways for college: Annie to Emory in Atlanta, GA and Eli to Drexel in Philadelphia, PA.

In 2017, they reconnected when Annie started working for PwC in Philadelphia while Eli was finishing his 5 year program at Drexel University.

After spending more time together at concerts, holidays, and other events in Philly, Annie and Eli finally started dating at the end of 2017 after knowing each other for 13 years.

In 2019, they moved back to Columbus, Ohio where Eli began his current job at Title First Insurance.

In 2020, Eli started Law School at Capital University. He is now more than half way through his studies.

In 2021, Annie started a new job at Guidewire Software as a program manager.

In 2022, 18 years after meeting each other, Eli proposed to Annie at Jeffrey Mansion in Bexley, Ohio.

On Labor Day weekend 2023, Annie and Eli will hold their wedding in Columbus, Ohio.
