Please arrive prior to 4:15pm for ceremony seating. If you plan to stay overnight Saturday, try to arrive before 3pm to set up. If you plan to stay onsite both nights, you can arrive anytime on Friday.
Cocktail/semi-formal + festival attire! Opt for playful accessories, like a funky tie or a feather boa. Jazz up a dress shirt with disco ball earrings. Your vintage velvet blazer or snazzy cowgirl boots will be right at home. Look sharp but have fun with it! No stiletto heels please due to grassy terrain.
Yes! There will be separate bays for regular parking and camper parking (RV/trailers, vans, etc.)
We will have a limited open bar with mixed drinks during cocktail hour plus beer/seltzer and wine. See the next question for information regarding BYO.
Yes! Guests are welcome to BYOB to supplement the welcome party and afterparty supply. Guests can bring whatever they like, including hard liquor, but it MUST stay out of the venue's event center.
Aside from the welcome dinner, light bites during cocktail hour, and reception dinner, meals are not provided. Local restaurants are listed in our "Things to Do" section! Guests staying onsite are encouraged to bring food to sustain them between events.
Our dinner menu will try to accommodate as many needs as possible but please reach out to us directly if you have any specific concerns. Thank you!
Venue policy is strictly NO PETS. This applies even if you are tent or RV camping onsite. If we can't have ours, you can't have yours. Help us keep our security deposit by leaving fur babies at home!
The Naches river runs through the property, so bring swimsuits and/or floaties for Saturday! There is a private restroom with a shower for campers to freshen up. If anyone is concerned about getting-ready space, bring an extra mirror.
