Are you registered? Where?
Answer
No, we are not registered anywhere. Your presence is the only gift we could ask for 💕 The best gift you could give us is to attend and if your schedule allows, we would love for you to extend your stay and spend more time with us! If you’re interested in doing so, please text Elena or Paul to coordinate. We also welcome any photos that you take during the wedding and your trip. There will be a QR code at the reception to allow you to share photos with us. Thank you for helping us document our special day! We will cherish these memories always. There truly is no better gift.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We encourage guests to attend sans children but of course exceptions can be made! If you’re bringing your kiddos on the trip but would like to attend the wedding without them, we have our own babysitters available to watch our kids with your kids. They are like family to us and we trust them implicitly. If interested, please text or email Elena to coordinate.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Technically, the dress code is cocktail attire. What exactly is cocktail attire you ask? It's a balance between elegant and comfortable and fancy and pared-back. Instead of a floor-length dress, women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look. Men can wear a suit or button down shirt and slacks, with or without a tie. This is merely a guideline and what you wear is entirely up to you! Above all, we want you to be comfortable and have fun! Keep in mind it’s a wedding in July. The ceremony will be short but outside in the garden. Reception will be inside and air conditioned :) Above all, please wear what is comfortable for you! And most importantly, wear those dancing shoes 💃

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Arrive in enough time to grab yourself a cocktail to enjoy during the ceremony!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Please make sure to indicate your preference on your RSVP card.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We recommend staying on site at the Inn at Leola Village so you can be close to all the events (like really close… no driving required) More importantly, you’ll be close to us! We live 10-15 minutes away.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is onsite parking for the ceremony, reception, and hotel. Everything is on site so if you stay at the Inn at Leola Village once you park you won’t have to drive anywhere. Everything is within less than a 5 minute stumble.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is not transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding because it is all in the same place!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Dates are welcome and encouraged. Your invitation is for you and your special person. All we ask is that you RSVP accordingly and with your meal preference. This information will be provided on the invitation, which will be mailed out shortly.
