Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
We are unable to have a hotel block for guests at the Excellence La Riviera Cancun as we do not have an exact head count of who will be joining us at this time. With that being said, since this is a popular time for the resort, we do recommend booking as soon as you know you want to attend. The room is not charged to the card at the time of booking and there is free cancellation available up to 24 hours or more prior to arrival.

What is included in the price of my hotel room?
Answer
The Excellence La Riviera Cancun is an all-inclusive resort. This means that accommodations, unlimited food and drinks, as well as select activities and entertainment are all included in the price of your room. In addition, our wedding guests receive a 10% discount on all spa treatments so please pamper yourself!

How do I get to the resort from the airport and back?
Answer
At the airport, there will be a large number of taxi services available but that can be expensive so it may be better to book with a private transfer service. There are lots of options for airport transfer services from the Cancun international airport. We recommend USA transfers Cancun as a highly rated airport transfer service. The resort itself also has a shuttle service. If you know you are flying in at the same time as other wedding guests, you can save money by booking a ride together.

How long is the stay?
Answer
Our official wedding weekend consists of arrival being Friday, May 17, 2024, and departure being Monday, May 20, 2024. However, this is your vacation too! Feel free to come earlier if you like or leave later if you want to spend some more time enjoying the beauty Mexico has to offer. No matter what amount of time you spend with us, we will be forever grateful.

What is the weather going to be like?
Answer
The weather in Mexico in May usually consists of hot and sunny days with warm evenings. The average daily temperature ranges from 68°F to 86°F. Cool, breezy lightweight fabrics like cotton or linen are best to be most comfortable in this climate.

Can children come to the wedding?
Answer
Whilst we absolutely love your little ones, this is unfortunately an adults only resort and sadly, children are unable to come to the wedding.
