Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! The Hacienda side of the resort is very kid friendly! There is another section of the hotel where Adults can enjoy restaurants but not kids are allowed. It is the Heaven side.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, We will be providing a link shortly for shuttle transportation to/from the CUN airport. The round trip cost of shuttle is $34 a person.
