If there is enough interest, we will organize a shuttle to transport people from Denver to the venue. The shuttle will meet at Avanti in Denver that has food and drinks and leave on Friday, August 4th at 12pm. On Sunday August 6th the shuttle bus will leave the venue at 12pm and arrive back at Avanti in Denver around 2:00pm. Once we have an exact count we will finalize the shuttle details but the estimated cost will be approximately $70 per person round trip. If you would like to ride the shuttle please RSVP "will attend" to this section and please keep the timing in mind for your flights/travel plans. Avanti is approximately 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. If you would like to rent a car or find your own travel plans please RSVP "Will not attend" to this section. Please keep in mind that finding an Uber/Lyft from the venue back to Denver will be very difficult as it is in a very remote area :)

PLEASE NOTE: Our venue is a "glamping" site- all the lodging consists of tipis, safari tents, geodomes and a few cabins. The accommodations are nice but the bathrooms are shared and simple, please look at the venues website for more details and photos https://pumahills.com :) There is electricity in all of the lodging but while the accommodations are comfortable, they are not luxurious. If this isn't your thing, please feel free to look into other lodging such as the Air Bnb options :) We are hoping the venue will be able to accommodate everyone that wants to stay on site for the wedding weekend so please let us know if you would like to stay on site August 4th-6th. If so, please RSVP "will attend". If you will be finding other accommodations or just joining for the wedding ceremony and reception please RSVP "will not attend" to this section. Once we receive all the RSVPs we will open up the lodging for people to call and book accommodations as well as meal plan. The meal plan will include dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday. Dinner and drinks will be on us after the ceremony :)

The Welcome Event includes dinner as part of the meal plan for those staying on site. If you are not staying on site please call Puma Hills to sign up for the meal plan and join us for dinner! The dinner will consist of a mixed green salad, taco bar (chicken, carnitas and grilled veggie tacos) and a cash bar. The chef will accommodate all dietary restrictions so please put any restrictions on the RSVP page for the wedding reception :)

Cocktail Attire: dresses, jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks but most importantly whatever you feel comfortable in! Please keep in mind it is an outdoor event when you are choosing your shoes!
If you are participating in the meal plan, breakfast on Saturday will consist of scrambled eggs, chef’s potatoes, apple-wood smoked bacon, assorted yogurts and toast. There will also be a mimosa bar included! Lunch on Saturday will consist of Turkey BLT sandwiches on sourdough bread with kettle chips. The chef will accommodate all dietary restrictions so please put any restrictions below :) Dinner and drinks on Saturday night are on us as long as you're on the dance floor ;) Menu for the reception is still in the works!

Help us start our happily ever after with brunch on Sunday :) The farewell brunch will also be included in the meal plan for those staying on site. Please call Puma Hills to sign up for the meal plan if you are not staying on site and would like to join us for brunch :) The farewell brunch will consist of thick cut slices of french toast served with butter and maple syrup, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, and assorted toast and and jams.
