Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than October 6th, to give our vendors time to prepare for our festivities.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. Please arrive with enough time to be seated as we are anticipating a full church!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are accommodating vegetarians with our prepared menu. Should you have other dietary needs, please reach out and we are more than happy to accommodate you. We also included a dietary response section within our RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not offering transportation. The drive to / from our hotel and venues is 15 minutes or less. There will be parking available at the church and the reception. Also, you can preschedule Uber/Lyft for pick-up at the reception. The band ends at 10:30pm so you can plan accordingly. Should you have questions, please give us a call!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress is cocktail attire. Ladies, break out your cocktail dresses (long or short) or dressy jumpsuits. Gentlemen, please wear suit and tie or jacket and tie with slacks. Given our November date, we are prepared for variable weather conditions. We assume the temperature will be on the cooler side, particularly after dark, so our tent will be heated. We are also within a few feet of Stamford House, with a coat check inside. The tent will be located mostly over a brick terrace, with a smaller portion over grass. Restrooms will be located in an executive trailer nearby. Parking at the reception is just across the lawn from the tent. For anyone needing to be dropped off on a hard surface, there is a turnaround at the back entrance of Stamford House. You may drop-off guest(s) and park in the marked lot, or contact us if in need of other options.
