We're getting married!

In 2019, Haley made a move to the charming neighborhood of Andersonville in Chicago. She was excited to be in a new area, but didn't know many friends there. Serendipity or rather, Hinge, brought Evan and Haley together, leading to their first date at a wine bar nearby. Fast forward to a year later, the unexpected arrival of the pandemic brought Evan and Haley even closer as they found themselves spending all of their time quarantined together. From engaging in puzzles, video games, and lively Zoom trivia nights with friends, their bond only grew stronger. In 2023, Evan orchestrated a memorable proposal to Haley, with June (the dog) playing a role in the occasion by proudly wearing a shirt that posed the sweet question, "Will you marry my dad?". Haley, of course, said "Yes"! We can't wait to celebrate this special day with family and friends!
