The wedding and reception will take place at Piedmont Community Hall, 711 Highland Ave, Piedmont, CA 94611.
The ceremony is at a quarter to four in the afternoon. Following the ceremony, we will transition to cocktail hour, then dinner.
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, followed by dancing inside the hall.
Yes! We are so incredibly grateful for all our friends and family traveling to come see us. In addition to the wedding, we will be hosting a pre-wedding mixer for those who are in-town Saturday night at our favorite local brewery at 6:30pm on Saturday, August 6. Please RSVP via the website for additional information.
Following the ceremony, immediate family will be taking pictures with the bride and groom. During this time we will be hosting a cocktail hour with appetizers for the rest of our guests.
We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the sam location. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft or Uber are great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink. If you are using a ride service, we recommend reserving your pickup ahead of time for 10:00 pm from 711 Highland Ave, Piedmont, CA 94611.

Yes, we have pre-negotiated a room rate of $162 per night at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Walnut Creek- 1345 Treat Boulevard, Walnut Creek, CA 94597. Please see the "Travel" page of our website to book online for Saturday and/or Sunday night, or you can call 800-498-7397 and request to book under the "Margeson and Bouslog" (must request by exact name) room block. All reservations must be made by June 30, 2022 for the room rate to be guaranteed.
Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our under 21 guest list to immediate family and the bridal party, and we hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.
