Matron of Honor
Joanna is Julie's older sister, best friend, and sounding board for all of time. She is a pediatric anesthesiologist and the most thoughtful person in the world. Her ability to accomplish anything would make most little sisters question their life choices but Joanna promises Julie that "she is successful too". Julie is truly obsessed with Joanna.
Best Man
Ed’s cousin Jeff has been more to him than a cousin or a best man, but also a mentor through comedy and life. Whether it through adventures such as performing for troops in Iraq on Christmas, safaris in Africa, or collaborating on some dirty comedy for TV, these long lost cousins are now inseparable.
Bridesmaid
Christina is Julie's cousin in this lifetime. There is something so unique about their friendship that if past lives exist they have definitely gone through many of them together. If Julie ever goes blind it will be due to the countless crosseyed photos they have taken over the years. Julie is truly obsessed with Christina.
Groomsman
David is Ed’s oldest friend and an honorary brother. They met when Ed was five and Dave was six, and somehow found a way to stay close ever since. In today’s world it is almost impossible to keep a friend for ten years much less 35. Here’s a toast to David thanks for looking out for me for so long.
Bridesmaid
"close to me ya like my mother... close to me ya like my brother..." Kerrie and Julie survived high school and college together. They partied SO HARD in college (aka. planned community trash clean-ups and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity). Kerrie can't help but make the world a better place for everyone around her. She tried to be mean once but it was just funny and everyone laughed and was like, "Kerrie, you're great". Julie is truly obsessed with Kerrie.
Groomsman
Cory is Ed’s other honorary brother. Both met when they were ten after almost getting in a fight in Little League and were best friends and spent their formative years together terrorizing KB Toy Store employees in every mall they went to. I love you Cory you keep me honest.
Bridesmaid
Christy and Julie met in a college English class. During which, she invited Julie to dinner at her sorority, and then became Julie's big sister when Julie inevitably joined. Julie would happily pay a zillion dollars for a friendship with Christy because she is an incredible, funny, caring, and loyal person. Julie is truly obsessed with Christy (and her family).
Groomsman
Henry has been Ed’s comedy partner for almost 20 years, as roommates in college they grew into men together all while destroying the apartment they lived in. Now they still work together and that’s never ending whether Henry likes it or not.
Bridesmaid
Melanie is the first friend that Julie made in New York City (but she's also from Cincinnati). They spent a lot of time in karaoke rooms together. Julie is so thankful to have had Mel during her years in NYC, because that city is hard and you need a smart friend that can give you perspective and help you laugh at your missteps. If there is one person that will turn the party, it's Melanie Dennig. Julie is truly obsessed with Melanie.
Groomsman
It defies all logic that Ed and Holden are friends. How did he get on this list? Maybe Ed just wanted him to buy a new suit? But in all seriousness Holden and Ed have been writing and performing together for going on 20 years and he was the one that introduced Ed & Julie. So we’ll keep him around.
Officiant
When Seena married his wonderful wife Cosmo in Italy Ed officiated their wedding, so basically Seena owes Ed one. Anyone who knows Seena knows that he is a great man with even greater morals. He is a shining example of humanity for all of us.
