Rooms: 10 rooms (5 rooms with one king bed & 5 rooms with two queen beds) All rooms are non-smoking. *can add more if needed Group Rate: $129 per room, per night, plus 17% taxes (Rate includes breakfast) Reservation Cut-off Date: Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary breakfast each morning in the lobby area. Breakfast includes hot items each day including an egg and breakfast meat option in addition to favorites such as waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and more. Complimentary hot coffee is available in the lobby area throughout the day. There are several restaurants located a short drive away including 17th Street Barbecue, Texas Roadhouse, Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse, Walt’s Pizza & Restaurant and 618 Tap House. Bob Evans and Applebee’s Grill & Bar are within walking distance from the hotel. Each guest room has a small refrigerator and microwave. The hotel has an indoor pool and fitness room. There is also a coin operated washer and dryer available. Please note that this hotel is 15 minutes from the venue, plan accordingly.
