Looking for a place to go after welcome drinks? This bar is a 10 minute minute walk or 5 minute drive away Also only an 8 minute walk to and from Friendly Spot Ice House (suggested above). Cute little house with great cocktails, usually there is live music!

Local Chinese restaurant. Fantastic happy hour here. This whole street has lots of great restaurant options!
The Pearl
There is a farmers market every Saturday, a food hall with lots of food options, as well as restaurants, a splash pad and more. A great area to visit with lots of options including a French restaurant nearby - Brasserie Mon Chou Chou & great margaritas at - La Gloria's Mexican Restaurant
San Antonio River Walk
Visit the riverwalk! I would say eat elsewhere and just get a drink on the riverwalk. Prices tend to be pretty high and food isnt that great, but it is beautiful to walk around! Even check out a riverboat tour
Downstairs at Esquire Tavern
There is a secret speak easy on the riverwalk, at the downstairs of The Esquire, walk through the main restaurant and take the stairs down to the bar - ask a bar tender if you have any issues finding it!
Havana Bar
Havana Bar is located under the restaurant Ocho within the Hotel Havana. My personal favorite bar in San Antonio. Red lit, underground bar with great mojitos
Japanese Tea Garden
Cute garden to walk around in with a tea house at the top of the garden!

A great breakfast & lunch spot! In the middle of the Quarry Outdoor Shopping Center, lots to see nearby

Sweet little home and southern restaurant - my personal favorite is the Dill Pickle Martini & Fried Chicken
Taquitos West Avenue
If you would like a truly authentic taco experience, go to Taquitos West Ave! Be prepared to speak Spanish, walk up to the window inside, tell them how many tacos you would like and what kind (pastor, chorizo, etc.), tell them how many you had at the end and pay then - they operate on an honor system :) (note: not on the best side of town but worth it!)
